About Me

My name is Freya Hepburn and I have a Diploma in Remedial Sports Massage and a Diploma in Swedish Massage from the Scottish Massage School.
I trained as an Oncology Massage Therapist under Susan Findlay.
I am a registered Massage Therapist of SMTO - Scottish Manual Therapist Organisation.
I am committed to providing the right treatment to suit the individual needs of each client.
I have a passion for learning and currently booked on new courses to further my skills that I will be able to offer my clients in the future.
Currently I can support your treatment with Kinesiology taping.
I am also able to provide Hot Stone Massage and Indian Head Massage.
I enjoy being outdoors, walking with my family and springer spaniel. My hobbies include art and Pilates.

Terms and Conditions
At the time of booking a £25 deposit is taken and is nonrefundable. The rest of the amount payable will be taken immediately after treatment via a card terminal.
If you need to cancel your appointment for any reason, please get in contact on 07393613295 as soon as possible to have your appointment rearranged for another date. The deposit is transferable to the rearranged appointment.
If you do not seek to rearrange a cancelled appointment within 4 weeks or if you do not attend the appointment without cancelling the deposit is nontransferable.
If the practitioner is ill or has to move appointments (for example: a funeral), you will receive a phone call or text message to rearrange a new day and time, this will not affect your deposit.
A reminder of your booking is sent via email before your appointment.
Weather and Road Conditions Policy
I will do my up most to arrive on time for your appointment but if I am running late, I will contact you as soon as possible.
If on the day of your appointment; the roads are not safe to travel, localised bad weather is affecting travel or for any reason I cannot get my car out due to the weather conditions, I will get in contact with you to rearrange your appointment, the deposit is transferable.
If the day of your appointment you find yourself unreachable, like being snowed in or your driveway is inaccessible, please contact me as soon as possible to rearrange.
I may get in contact with you on the day of your appointment to see what the road conditions are like with you before I travel – I’m sure we are all aware how different the weather can be across the North East!
